All gold ornaments sold at Jewar Jewellers Durg conform to the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulations. Each item is engraved with a government-approved HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) number, which can be verified on the official BIS Care app for complete authentication of weight and karat purity.
Bespoke commissions require a standard deposit fee of the estimated metal weight value before CAD model creation and manual carving starts. Custom designs are tailored specifically to your measurements and requests and are not eligible for standard returns, though they qualify for lifetime exchange policies based on final weight assessments.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
